It was during one of the darkest moments of my life that I found myself called to enter a circle - held by a women I had never met, in a place I had never been. I arrived full of tension, fear, and loneliness, having just lost all of my trust in the universe and in myself. This circle welcomed me home. It was the first time I had experienced the power of a Neutral Loving Witness - someone holding a field of pure acceptance and love without the need to fix, heal, or judge. Immediately my body relaxed, my soul sighed, and for the first time in my entire life, I cried in front of a group of total strangers. This is what happens, when we enter sacred space with a Neutral Loving Witness. Spirit gets to meat us, exactly where we need it. Energy gets to move exactly as its needed. And we get to remember what it feels like to trust ourselves again, embody ourselves again, liberate ourselves again. This is my intention for this space - to hold such a pure container that you can meet your spirit, let the energy unfold, and feel the power of being fully met. I welcome you home dear one, to sit in the power of your own becoming, in the field of a neutral loving witness.

The Sacred Return is a breath and ceremony circle for women. It is a sacred space to soften, reconnect with yourself, and be held in community. Through breathwork, guided meditation, embodied yoga, and ceremony, you will be invited back into presence, energy, and soul connection.

No. This is a spiritual and sacred space, not tied to any religion. You are welcome here regardless of your background or beliefs.

This circle is for you if you are craving space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and be nourished by the sacred. It’s for you if you long for community, if you feel depleted by the noise of life, or if you want to experience ceremony as a pathway back to yourself, your intuition, and your sacred power.

Not at all. This circle is for every woman—whether it’s your first time stepping into ceremony or you’ve walked this path for years. All practices are guided and accessible, and you are welcome to move at your own pace

We will provide yoga mats, but if you have your own feel free to bring it. You also may want a water bottle, a journal and pen, and anything you might want to place on the alter (optional). Wear clothing you can move and relax in.

The Sacred Return is approximately 2 hours long. We begin promptly at 5pm, so please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and find the space . . you will get clear directions to the space via email as soon as you enroll.

That is completely natural. Many women feel a mix of excitement and nerves before stepping into sacred space. Know that you will be gently guided, and everything is optional. This circle is about safety, presence, and connection—not performance.
