Twice a week for 90 minutes, you’ll be stepping into a sacred container:

For four months, that’s 24 sacred ceremonies — each one a doorway back to your body, your breath, your spirit.

Away from all the noise,
in a space of sanctuary,
we journey back to ourselves.
We begin by opening the altar — candles lit, intentions placed, the space cleared. A moment to arrive fully, to ground, to feel your breath deepen. To let the day fall away.
We share what’s present — words, silence, the simple truth of being witnessed. Here, nothing needs to be fixed. Only held.
Energy begins to flow through guided breath work & meditation, channeled messages, and subtle healing energy work.
The body softens.
The mind loosens its grip.
Something deep inside exhales.
From this place, we move — each posture an embodiment of the medicine offered in circle, each breath an invitation to reclaim what has been waiting for you. Embodied movements becomes a living prayer that bring your body into deeper states of harmony.
We close with reflection and journaling — integrating what’s shifted, what’s released, and what’s ready to be carried forward. The circle seals, the altar closes, and you leave with the quiet knowing: you have returned to yourself.
You don’t need to prepare anything. Just come as you are. No previous experience required. The space will meet you there.

For years, I carried this question with me.
Holding ceremonies across the world, guiding women into transformation,
always sensing that something was missing in our everyday lives.
Not just retreats. Not just big events.

🜂 When: September 2 - December 18 (three weeks a month in yoga ceremony, and one week off for integration and personal practice)
