What to Expect:

we sit in Ceremony - to remember.
Welcome to our beautiful sanctuary - where mats, blankets, and pillows await your arrival.
We begin with sacred anchoring — grounding, smoke clearing, and silence. A moment to arrive, to journal, and feel what’s present.
We open sacred space to name what’s rising — what needs to be seen. A place to empty yourself of what came before.
Then we journey inward—
Through breath, sound, and meditative journeying, we are invited to surrender, to feel, to come home. As we let the eyes close, and the body relax energy begins to move, gentle visions rise, and clear messages from spirit land.
There is silence, sound, and the holy release of what no longer serves you.
And then—what’s true returns.
What’s sacred reclaims its place.
What’s yours… is felt, held, and seen.
With integration, reflection, and rooted truth - we bring our sacred time to a close in reverence.
You don’t need to prepare anything.
Just come as you are.
