See What Our Beautiful Community Is Saying
I consider myself a bit of a skeptic, but Danielle’s approach to yoga and energy work reminded me of a different time in my life. A time in all of our lives really, a time when anything was possible and it all made sense. The way she supplemented much of her teachings with modern scientific facts and discoveries really helped to see how our beliefs can alter and impact our reality.

I am new to this world, so I had reservations about it. But I knew this class was aligned with my highest calling after talking to Danielle for the first time. I felt instantly connected with “yes” answers in my body, mind, spirit and I am so happy I followed my gut. Danielle’s gifts for teaching and healing are astounding. She holds a safe container to be vulnerable in and she will challenge you to go beyond your own understanding into a new and improved version of yourself. - Pam
I am strong and resilent and I knew this. But Danielle showed me a deeper version of myself by challenging me to dig deeper.
- Petra
I have always had an aversion to meditating but that disappeared during this experience.

Meet Danielle
Your Space Holder & Sacred Witness as You Journey Home to Yourself
Hello Sweet Friend,
I’m so grateful you fond me here, in our beautiful town of Prineville, OR. It has been many years since I first discovered the power of the mind, and the innate intelligence of the human body to heal and bring us back to wholeness. Since then it has been such a gift to hold spaces like these, for community to form, for the mind and body to slow down, and for the soul to receive. My spaces are often a blend of modalities ranging from breath, guided visualization, meditation, energy practices, yoga, and ceremony. But always the space is designed to meet you where you’re at - to create a field of unconditional love, safety, and permission so that you can heal, and come home to the version of you that feels liberated, free, and at home in your body.
I hope to see you in class soon,
Danielle

So many of us struggle to connect with ourselves in a world that moves so fast and constantly asks us to engage outward. This space was created for for us all to land in, to feel safe to let go, to surrender, and to reconnect with the body, mind, and spirit. A place to slow down and listen to your soul. A place to breathe deeper and feel new energy and harmony in your body. Everything you’ll experience here is just a tool to help you feel more connected to your heart, to yourself, and to a new community of people who want to journey through their evolution together. Welcome home.
There is an entire community of sacred people seeking wholeness, depth, and community waiting for you to find it.
“I am kinder to myself now rather than expecting myself to be on a different point of my journey. I take more time for self care. I am learning to breathe into my body and trust that less is more. As I practice this more I have noticed I speak with more intention and am in my body when I move through life.”

Not at all. This space is for you whether you're new to movement and energy work or you've practiced for years. This experience is less about performing postures — and more about reconnecting with your breath, your body, and your spirit. You’ll be fully guided every step of the way and always have the option to lay down, close your eyes, and be taken on an internal journey.
-
This is reverent, slow, intentional movement — rooted in breath, presence, and healing. It’s not power yoga or fast flows. Each class is infused with energy work, guided meditation, and spiritual practice. Movement becomes a form of love, nourishment, and release. This is not fitness based movement.
-
Each 90-minute ceremony includes:
✨ Opening circle, and grounding
✨ Guided breathwork + subtle energy practices and guided meditative journeys
✨ Embodied movement and release
✨ Journaling + integration
✨ Sacred circle and space for sharingYou'll leave feeling deeply nourished, centered, and more connected to yourself.

While consistency deepens the journey, you don’t need to be perfect. This is a living practice — we honor life’s ebb and flow. Come as often as you feel called.
-
Just yourself. A yoga mat (we also provide some), journal, pen, and water are helpful — and you’re welcome to bring any sacred items you’d like for the altar (crystals, photos, flowers, etc). Everything else will be provided.
-
Beautiful. This is a space where all of you is welcome — tears, laughter, stillness, shakiness, breakthroughs. The container is held with safety, presence, and care. You won’t be asked to perform — you’ll be invited to soften, open, and be exactly where you are.
-
Then this might be the perfect place to begin. Many people who join This Yoga & Meditation Experience have never experienced a sacred circle, yoga, or energy healing before — but they feel the pull. If your body is saying yes, trust that. You’ll be guided gently and fully.
-
No. This experience is spiritual but non-religious. It draws on universal principles of presence, embodiment, breath, and ritual. It’s a space of remembrance — not dogma. Whatever your beliefs are, they are safe and welcome here.
-
